What does a Creative Partner do?

My name is Lou Palmer, and I’ve spent the last twenty years as a graphic designer, creative consultant, teacher and musician, working with a diverse range of clients from theatre and opera companies to community projects and corporate businesses.

I work with freelancers, small companies, local authorities - anyone that needs creative help to move forward. I’m driven by a user experience (UX) approach to help improve, grow and develop your project or business. Find out more about my clients and what they think here.

What I most enjoy is working alongside you to help you uncover what you need to make a success of your project, and I believe this is best achieved through creative collaboration.  I bring much needed objectivity as well as a broad background of experience, including but not limited to;

• Generating and designing promotional materials and presentations

• Branding and refreshing existing branding for you or your company

• Creating websites and teaching you to manage and update them

• Appropriate use of social media in your promotional strategy

• Creating and originating video, shorts for social media, populating YouTube channels

• Creating and leading research workshops or stakeholder engagement workshops

• Writing, arranging and editing original music or sourcing appropriate stock music for your project

• Comms and creative advice, promotional strategy and planning

• Bringing onboard fellow specialists and creatives as required
